County’s ethnic population is around 14%, 54% of Club members are considered ethnic minorities.

43% of our members come from single parent households.

1 in 5 children receives a sexual solicitation over the internet in a given year. We provided NetSmartz, an internet safety program, to 300 youth last year.

Last year over 300 youth learned oral hygiene skills and received new toothbrushes.

Last year nearly 300 teenagers participated in Leaders In Training, a job training through volunteerism program.

The rate for juvenile crime peaks in the after-school hours. Children are also at a much greater risk of being the victim of a violent crime.

Lake provide safe and nurturing environments to over 8,000 members each year.

Children whose out-of-school time includes 20-35 hours of constructive learning activities do better in school.
